At Dashboard, the privacy of our visitors is important to us. This policy describes the personal information Dashboard receives, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible
Dashboard AG, Hirschengraben 33, c/o Findea AG, Zweigniederlassung Luzern, 6003 Luzern, Switzerland, is responsible for the personal data processed through Dashboard.io and its apps. Contact [email protected] for privacy questions or requests.

Cookie settings

Log Files
Like many websites, Dashboard uses server log files for security, reliability, and administration. These logs may contain an IP address, browser and device information, date and time, requested pages, referring page, and technical error information.

Necessary Cookies and Storage
Dashboard uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, session security, fraud prevention, account preferences, and core site functionality. Laravel authentication cookies and the session cookie are not used for advertising. Because the site cannot provide its requested services securely without them, necessary cookies are not controlled by the optional analytics choice.

Optional Website Analytics
With your permission, Dashboard uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, diagnose usability problems, and improve the service. This service may process online identifiers, device and browser information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referral information, and interactions with the site. Dashboard does not load the Google Analytics tracking script until the analytics choice permits it. Google Analytics may associate activity with a pseudonymous Dashboard account identifier when you are signed in. Dashboard also records the analytics decision in a first-party consent cookie so server-side Google Analytics events are sent only while analytics is permitted.

Google Privacy & Messaging
Dashboard uses Google's certified Consent Management Platform to present privacy choices and store consent records where European regulations apply. The Google AdSense publisher tag is present to deliver this consent message. Dashboard does not currently display AdSense ad units on the website. If website advertising is introduced later, this policy and the applicable consent configuration will be updated before personalized advertising is enabled. Cookie settings are available from the website footer, Settings, and this privacy page, including when Google's message cannot load or does not apply in your region. It provides an optional choice for Google Analytics; it does not grant advertising consent. Where available, the Google ad privacy choices button and Google's privacy and cookie settings link let you reopen Google's message.

Changing your choices
Use Cookie settings in the website footer or on this privacy page, or Manage cookies under Settings → General, to reject optional analytics or change your selections. Rejecting analytics does not prevent use of Dashboard or require a Pro subscription. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection; it does not change the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Necessary authentication and security storage is retained. Website choices apply to the current browser or app WebView, and do not automatically change your choices in other browsers, devices or native app SDKs.

For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also remove stored cookies through your browser settings, although deleting necessary cookies may sign you out.

Advertising in Mobile Apps
Dashboard AG's mobile apps may use Google AdMob and, where disclosed in the applicable app, Facebook Audience Network. When an app displays Dashboard.io in an embedded browser, the website's Cookie settings and Google's website privacy message control optional tracking in that embedded page. Native advertising and native analytics choices are governed by the privacy disclosures and consent controls in the relevant app and remain separate from the embedded website choice.

Dashboard app analytics and advertising choices
The Dashboard portfolio app provides App analytics, Website cookie settings, and, where required, Ad privacy choices in its menu. Optional native Google Analytics for Firebase starts disabled until you enable App analytics. It can process app usage events, device and app information and app-instance identifiers. This choice is available to both free and Pro users; a Pro purchase is not consent to analytics. Turning it off stops collection and resets the local Firebase Analytics data. Ad privacy choices are collected separately with Google's User Messaging Platform. On iOS, Apple's tracking permission is an additional control for tracking covered by Apple's rules; consenting elsewhere does not override a refusal in that system prompt.

Purposes and legal bases
We process account and portfolio information to provide the services you request and administer your account and subscriptions. Optional analytics relies on your consent where required. Security, fraud prevention, reliability and service administration may rely on our legitimate interests where that legal basis applies, and certain records are processed to meet legal obligations. We use data only for the purposes described and provide the applicable consent or objection controls.

Recipients and international transfers
Service providers process data needed for hosting, account administration, payments, analytics and advertising. Google receives the optional analytics data described above when enabled; applicable advertising partners are listed in Google's consent message. Their infrastructure and support operations can involve countries outside Switzerland or the EEA, including the United States. Transfers subject to data protection restrictions require an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as approved standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where necessary. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to a particular transfer; provider privacy information is linked above.

Retention
We retain account and portfolio data while needed to provide your account and requested services. Following closure or deletion requests, retention is limited by remaining legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution requirements. Logs are retained according to their operational and security purpose; analytics data is retained according to the applicable provider configuration and the period needed for analysis. You may contact us for the retention period applicable to your data. The website's own privacy-choice cookies expire after 180 days; Google Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. Google consent records have their own provider-defined lifetimes. App analytics preferences remain on the device until changed or app data is removed. Cookie expiry and retention of data already received by a provider are different.

Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional consent at any time using the controls described above. Send requests to [email protected]; we may need information to verify that a request concerns your account. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and retention obligations. You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or the data protection authority in your EU/EEA country or other applicable jurisdiction.

"Dashboard - Cryptocurrencies" Mobile App

Scope and identifiers
The "Dashboard - Cryptocurrencies" mobile app is published by Dashboard AG. It is a native Flutter shell that loads https://dashboard.io/cryptocurrencies in a system WebView. The Android package is io.dashboard.cryptocurrencies, the iOS bundle identifier is dashboard.io.ios.app.crypto, and requests from the embedded app use the user agent cryptocurrencies-app. The app does not provide app account creation or sign-up.

Website and native Analytics choices
When Dashboard.io is loaded inside this app, the embedded website uses the same Cookie settings and Google privacy message as the website. Google Analytics 4 remains disabled until the relevant website consent permits it. This embedded website choice is separate from the app's native Analytics preference. Dashboard.io pages opened in an external browser use the same website consent process.

Native Firebase Analytics is optional and disabled by default. You can enable or disable it from the app's native Privacy Policy view. When enabled, native Analytics records only the following fixed app-shell events:

• dashboard load started
• dashboard ready
• dashboard load failed
• native page opened
• external link opened

Native Analytics does not receive page HTML, cookies, authentication tokens, account information, or complete WebView URLs.

Crash and performance diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics is enabled in production to collect native and Flutter crashes and selected non-fatal app-shell failures. Reports may contain safe diagnostic values such as the app version, platform, failure stage, and HTTP status. They do not contain page HTML, cookies, authentication tokens, complete URLs, or account details.

Firebase Performance Monitoring is enabled in production and measures startup, WebView navigation, and CSS-preparation performance. Firebase may process installation identifiers and device or diagnostic information for these purposes.

WebView storage and permissions
The system WebView may store cookies, local website storage, preferences, and cached resources. The native app does not copy this website storage into its own database. The native app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or precise location. WebView permission requests are denied by default.

Controller, processors, and general provisions
Dashboard AG is the data controller for the app. Google and its relevant Firebase services are processors for the native services described above. The general provisions of this Privacy Policy concerning legal bases, international transfers, retention, user rights, and deletion requests also apply to the app. This app section does not create a separate retention period or replace any other disclosure in this Privacy Policy. Questions and deletion requests can be sent to Dashboard AG using the contact information at the start of this Privacy Policy, including [email protected].

This app section does not limit or replace the disclosures for Dashboard.io, Dashboard AG's other applications, advertising, cookies, consent, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, Facebook Audience Network, or other services. Other Dashboard AG apps may use Google AdMob, and Dashboard.io pages outside this app may use Google AdSense now or in the future, subject to the disclosures and choices described in this Privacy Policy.
